What surfaces can I use your cleaners on?

Our formulas are designed for everyday home surfaces like tile, glass, porcelain, acrylic, fiberglass, sealed stone (granite, quartz), stainless steel fixtures, and countertops. We recommend doing a quick spot test on sensitive surfaces (like untreated stone or antique wood) before widespread use.


Are your cleaners safe for pets and children?

Yes — our products are made with plant-based ingredients and contain no bleach, ammonia, or harsh acids. Once the treated surface dries, it’s safe for pets and children. As with any cleaning product, keep out of reach and avoid ingestion or direct contact with eyes.


Do the bottles or packaging contain plastic?

We use eco-conscious packaging. Bottles are recyclable, and bundle orders ship in a sturdy recyclable box. Our goal is to minimize single-use packaging while ensuring your products arrive safely.


Are the scents strong or overpowering?

No — our scents are naturally derived from essential oils or plant-based fragrance. They’re clean and fresh, but not overpowering or heavy. Think “fresh bathroom” rather than strong perfume.


What makes your products environmentally friendly?

Our formulas are biodegradable, free from synthetic dyes, parabens, phthalates, bleach, and harsh chemicals. We prioritize ingredients that clean powerfully, yet safely — good for your home and the environment.


How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

United States shipping rates:

  • Single bottle: $3.95 flat rate
  • 2–3 bottles: $5.95 flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders $35+

Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days via USPS, or 4–8 business days via FedEx Ground Economy.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can send a replacement or refund.


How do I start a return or exchange?

1. Log in to your Terra Living Goods account and go to “Order History.”
2. Click “Request Return.”
3. Select the item and provide a return reason.
4. For unopened items, you can ship them back at your cost — include your Order Number — and we’ll process your refund once received.
5. For damaged/incorrect items, let us know and we’ll send a prepaid label.


Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. As we grow, we may add international shipping — follow us on social media or join our email list for updates.


Can I combine offers or bundles for free shipping?

Yes — any order totaling $35 or more qualifies for free shipping. Bundles usually hit this threshold naturally, making them a great value and reducing packaging waste.


Do you offer bulk or subscription discounts?

Not yet — but if you’re interested in bulk orders for businesses, cleaning services, or co-ops, email us at support@terralivinggoods.com. Subscriptions are something we’re exploring for the future.
